By registering for Irumputhirai Academy classes, students and parents agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not register or pay for any classes.

2. Payment Policy

• All payments must be made **in advance to the institution** before attending any class.
• Teachers are not allowed to collect any payments from students directly.
• Teacher fees are paid via an **escrow system** managed by the institution.
• The institution retains **25% of each student’s fees** as administrative charges.
• No refunds or exceptions will be considered unless specified in a separate refund policy.

3. Class Recordings

All sessions are recorded for educational purposes. Recordings will be provided to registered students via **private YouTube links** after the class has been completed. Students may not share these recordings publicly.

4. Teacher Restrictions

• Teachers may not contact students directly outside the platform for payments or classes.
• Any attempt to bypass the platform or collect payments independently may result in termination of the teacher’s account and legal action.

5. Liability

• The institution is **not responsible** for disputes or scams that occur if students or teachers violate these terms.
• All payments and recordings are handled **only through the platform**.
• The institution does not guarantee specific results or grades; learning outcomes depend on student effort and attendance.

6. Code of Conduct

• Students and parents must behave respectfully toward teachers and other students.
• Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination from classes.
• All materials provided by the institution (documents, recordings, slides) are **for personal use only** and cannot be redistributed.

7. Changes to Terms

Irumputhirai Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated on the website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
